If you are also asked to provide an Importers log file then please also include the file Importers.log file, if it exists, in the folder: C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Quest3D.ġ.1.5: Attach the file(s) to your next reply to us:ġ.2: If Lumion does not open: 1.2.1 Lumion has written entries to the log file: Lumion 8.3 and newer: 1.1: If you can open Lumion:ġ.1.1: Click on the Settings button, click on the button Write error log and set it to On and restart Lumion:ġ.1.2: Run Lumion and perform the tasks to replicate the issue.ġ.1.3: Click on the Settings button followed by the Save copy. button.
